Fastspot will reach out to you in advance of your support expiration to discuss renewal. We want to take into account any upcoming initiative or budget considerations you may have to identify an option that best supports your team.
If you choose not to renew, we will remove your team’s access to ZenDesk. If you decide to renew at a later date, we will restore your team’s access to ZenDesk and you will have all previous requests available for reference.
