Fastspot does not guarantee support outside of normal business hours from 9am to 5pm EST.
In general, you can expect a higher level of attention for tickets submitted after hours or on weekends that are marked “Urgent.” While we cannot guarantee an immediate response, we consider emergencies a high priority and will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
