How to submit a ZenDesk ticket?

 

- Go to support.fastspot.com in a web browser.

- Click the link to "login" on the homepage and sign in using your personal credentials.

- Click on the "Submit a Request" tab at the top of the portal.

- Enter a quick description of the issue in the "Subject" field.

- Enter a full description of the issue in the "Description" field.

  • In general, the more specific you can be, the better! 
  • For bugs: Issue, Operating System, Browser (use this link if you are unsure of your browser or machine info), Description, URL or screenshot of affected page, if applicable

- Select "Question" "Incident" "Problem" or "Task" as appropriate from the "Type" dropdown.

- Select "Low" "Normal" "High" or "Urgent" as appropriate from the "Priority" dropdown.

  • Please reserve "Urgent" priority for tickets that are emergencies or are particularly time-sensitive.

- If there is a URL related to the request, please enter the page in question in the "URL" field.

  • As a general rule, if your request relates to a specific page in the website, please include the URL for our reference.

- If there are files related to the request, please upload them in the "Attachment(s)" field.

- Please use https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ and share the url the site provides so that our team has details of the machine and browser you are experiencing site issues on.

- Hit "Submit" to submit your ticket to Fastspot Support.
