What happens when I 'CC' someone on a ticket?

If the person you CC’d is already a Zendesk user, they will see the ticket in their ‘Requests I am CC’d on’ list and will be able to respond to the ticket thread.

If they are not a Zendesk user, they will receive the message via email but will not be able to reply. In order to reply to a Zendesk ticket thread, they must be added as a user for your organization.
