If it is between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST:
Submit a Zendesk ticket and mark the priority as “Urgent.”
If it is after business hours, a weekend, or a holiday:
- Submit a Zendesk ticket and mark the priority as “Urgent.”
- Please be advised that our emergency support team will be notified of this ticket and will do our best to respond as soon as possible, although we cannot guarantee immediate support during off-hour.
