How do I know how many hours are left in my Support agreement?

 

We provide routine usage updates via Zendesk - and can customize the cadence depending on your specific reporting needs. This will help you keep track of where we are in the term and how much time we have to work with the remaining budget as we go along. If at any point you'd like a specific update on how many hours are left in the budget, feel free to submit a ticket and ask for an additional update.
